Board Chairman & Interim CEO
Tony Wonnacott
Tony Wonnacott is a corporate securities lawyer based in Toronto, Ontario with over 20 years of experience.
He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and holds a B.Comm. (cum laude) from Saint Mary’s University and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University.
He began his career at a major Toronto law firm in the banking and securities field before moving to work as a legal consultant to a number of companies, primarily in the mining and resource industry.
As a consultant, officer and director of several of these companies, Mr. Wonnacott has been involved with the successful listings of private companies, the outright sale of a company for approximately $750 million and capital raisings in excess of $1 billion.

Sean McGrath
Mr. Sean McGrath is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada and a former Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) in the United States. He has spent more than 25 years providing financial management and consulting services to publicly traded companies, with primary emphasis in the natural resources sector. He has been responsible for corporate strategy, all aspects of accounting and finance, planning and forecasting, treasury, internal and external reporting, and internal controls and corporate governance. Mr. McGrath has held senior executive positions with numerous publicly traded companies throughout his career, and he is currently a Director of several TSX Venture Exchange/CSE listed companies.
Exploration Manager
Andrew Tims
Mr. Tims is a seasoned exploration geologist with more than 30 years of experience. He has worked in the gold camps of Geraldton, Kirkland Lake-Timmins, and Red Lake including 8 years with Rainy River Resources in northwestern Ontario.
Mr. Tims has led and managed a number of successful exploration projects including platinum exploration in the far north of Ontario, kimberlite (diamond) exploration in the Timiskaming structural zone, and volcanogenic massive sulfide exploration in the Abitibi and Wabigoon greenstone belts.
Andrew recently worked for the Ontario Geological Survey as the Regional Land-Use Geologist, Mineral Deposits Compilation Geoscientist for northwestern Ontario, and as a Mineral Exploration and Development Consultant dealing with Exploration Plan and Permit applications.

Adam Kiley
Adam Kiley has over 18 years’ experience in the mining sector with a depth of experience in providing corporate and financial advisory services. Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University in Western Australia.
He is also currently a corporate development executive with Lotus Resources Limited (ASX:LOT) and Frontier Energy (ASX:FTE).

Grant Davey
Grant Davey is an experienced entrepreneur with 30 years of senior management and operational
experience in the development, construction, and operation of precious metals, base metals, uranium, and bulk commodities around the world.
More recently, he has been involved in venture capital investments in several exploration and mining projects and has been instrumental in the acquisition and development of the Honeymoon uranium mine in South Australia, the Panda Hill niobium project in Tanzania, the Superior Lake zinc project in Ontario, the Cape Ray gold project in Newfoundland and the acquisition of the Kaylekera Uranium mine in Malawi from Paladin.
He is currently a Director of Cradle Resources Limited
(ASX:CXX), Lotus Resources Limited (ASX:LOT), and Frontier Energy (ASX:FHE), and is a member of the
Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
